Speech-language Therapy
Assessment session: $145 per hour (without report)
Therapy sessions: $95 per hour (variable)
Assessment report: $65 flat fee
Most sessions will be individual to target the specific difficulties you or your child is experiencing. The location of lessons can be at your home, your child’s school (if this can be arranged), or another suitable location. Mileage may be charged for travel outside the Masterton town boundary. Fees are invoiced termly.
Confidence & Public Speaking
Group lessons (3-4 students): $20.00 (45 minutes)
Paired lessons: $25.00 (40 minutes)
Individual lessons: $35.00 (40 minutes)
Lessons occur weekly throughout the school term and can be scheduled after school on selected days or during the weekends. The location of lessons depends on enrolment numbers across each area. Fees are invoiced termly, and an annual administration fee of $40 may also apply.
Ear Care & Hearing
Wax removal: $50
Wax removal follow-up: $40
Standard hearing test: $145 per hour (without report)
Auditory processing assessment: $400 (without report)
Assessment report: $65 flat fee
Hearing consultation: $120 per hour
Refit of hearing aids: $180 per hour (testing and recalibration)
Hearing aid fitting: $650
Hearing aids: dependent on manufacturer pricing
Hearing aid follow-up: no charge
Tinnitus counselling: $120 per hour
Short Courses
Cost varies based on location and enrolment numbers in the course. As an indication, for a group of four adults the overall cost for the group would be approximately $180 per hour.
Extra costs
Milage: charged at $1.40 per km
Exams in public speaking: dependent on syllabus
Hearing aid repairs: dependent on manufacturer pricing
